I'm admittedly a Berrosa bobo. His floor seems to be a true 4th OF at the MLB level and is at AAA. Combined with age, I'd have him much closer to 10 than 20.
The only thing keeping him from Top 10 status is his complete lack of power. Those players can still have long, productive MLB careers when the other 4 tools, plus plate discipline, look as good as his.
It looks like you take the BA approach and value upside more than proximity and floor?
